Genuine real-world concerns
Concerns about real people, suspected criminal conduct, exploitation, threats and serious Roblox or Discord misconduct require genuine safeguarding, police or platform reporting where appropriate.
This information page is not a reporting form. No submission made through this page reaches an NPS duty officer. Do not place sensitive accounts, intimate imagery or unlawful material into a general contact form, chat or direct message.
If someone is in immediate danger
Contact the actual emergency services for the country where the person at risk is located. Do not wait for NPS or another United Hampshire service to respond.
If the person is in the United Kingdom
Call 999 in an emergency. For a non-emergency, contact the relevant police force or call 101 within the UK. See GOV.UK: Contact the police.
For incidents outside the UK, use the emergency number and police or safeguarding service responsible for the real location.
Report a real-world concern directly
Report suspected real-world offending to the police responsible for the place concerned. In the UK, Police.uk explains how to report. Where a child is at risk in England, contact the children's social care team at the relevant local council: report child abuse.
Report platform-rule breaches using Roblox's Report Abuse process or Discord's reporting process. A platform report is not a substitute for urgent police or safeguarding action.
Evidence and privacy
Where safe and lawful, preserve the original message, relevant link, identifier, date and time. Do not forward, download, upload or circulate suspected child sexual abuse images or unlawful intimate images. Follow the instructions of the competent real police or platform reporting service.
HIOWC's simulated policing reporting forms must not be used for actual criminal allegations or safeguarding disclosures. Real-world authorities retain all of their real legal powers and independent decisions.
