Adjustments during recruitment

Candidates can ask for reasonable adjustments to help them participate fairly in the recruitment process.

Where a campaign is open, the candidate information will explain how to request an adjustment for the application, assessment or interview stage. Requests are considered according to the needs of the candidate and the requirements of the role.

Asking for an adjustment does not lower the published standard for appointment; it changes the way the candidate is able to demonstrate whether they meet it.
